From our initial meeting with Matty and Mark, to completion of our bathroom, we have received impeccable service and could not have wished for a better outcome. The design process is fantastic, and they will guide you with expert knowledge as much as you require. Our fitter Ross was amazing and nothing was too much trouble, always keeping us fully informed and involving us regarding the details. Mark is an absolute perfectionist and we were in no doubt that if something wasn't perfect, he would do his utmost to rectify it. Throughout the work, Mark and Matty stayed in regular contact to ensure we were happy.We wanted a company that would include everything from start to finish and we are so glad we chose them for our bathroom project. The results are stunning.

Right from the very first day we walked into their Dunnington showroom, Mark & Jodie really looked after us through every step of the process.Matty's fantastic design skills brought our ideas to life with some brilliant 3D renders and an incredible range of products and state of the art features.Finally, we can't thank Stu enough for all his hard work on site, bringing this beautiful bathroom to life. We used York Bathrooms to renew and update our 20 year en suite and main bathroom.We were really impressed with the design and ideas offered, and no pressure selling.Our Fitter Stuart was absolutely brilliant. A really skilful craftsman, a lovely person and a credit to the firm. Fitting took close to 5 weeks, and you hardly knew he was there. Always happy to check with us on things and offer advice.Really happy with the results. We did get cheaper ideas from others, but we have got some extremely good quality bathrooms to enjoy.I would recommend you pay them a visit and see what they can suggest to you.Highly recommended

From our first meeting with the York Bathrooms team we found them friendly, engaged and, most importantly, focussed on delivering the best job they could. Our project was a large one, involving knocking through one wall and moving another to claim some extra space. Matty was very patient in helping us to design a complete rebuild. Rob was a great project manager and our fitters Alex and, especially, Nathan were laser-focussed on getting the job done right and to their very high standards. A special note to Mark, too, who was the definition of not being happy unless we were happy.A great team delivered a bathroom that is unrecognisable from what was there before.

We recently used York Bathrooms for the refurbishment of our main bathroom and turning a play room into a wet shower room. Their works are to the highest standard with the whole package of design, product offer and installation available. if you are looking for a company to deliver a high standard beautiful space, then I would recommend York bathrooms. Their fitters are very friendly and hugely knowledgeable, we were lucky enough to have Jody provide both our spaces, he was friendly, clean and had a very good eye for detail making sure the smallest of alignments were correct for a perfect finish. Jody also managed to keep as COVID safe as possible when providing the installation. If we look to change our other bathrooms then we will be returning to York Bathrooms to provide the works.

Superb and efficient service from design to installation. Excellent communication throughout. Fully deserved 5*YB have a range you don't seem to be able to get locally and the knowledge to apply it to get a great end product. Highly recommend.

This is our second bathroom installation with YorkBathrooms. Fantastic customer service and project management from Matty throughout.Jamie and Henry were first class in terms of installation and turned a very old, dated and grubby en-suite in to a very luxurious one.Would not go anywhere else!
