First visit about 3 weeks ago for a new phone case and glass screen protector. When I went back this week to complain glass cracked from pressing button did not seem to care and charged for a basic plastic screen protector which they fitted but it has a bubble and edges not staying down. On first visit also bought a case which the black has already rubbed off on the corners and the metal fixing point fell of so I superglued back. Mentioned this and responded No" offer was another case half price. Only 3 weeks! Waste of money all round will not use again very disappointing."

The staff at mobile gift was helpful ,I needed a new screensaver which he put on for me, whilst there ,I got a new phone case and charging cable ,that was a good price .I will definitely go there again when I need any more phone accessories

Just sold an old iPhone to them today and got a very good price compared to other places we had tried. The staff were very friendly and professional. The money was transferred instantly. Highly recommended for any one looking to do the same.

Amazing customer service, helped me select new phone,transferred the SIM and offered to transfer data from old phone as I struggled to understand how to do it. It was a busy Saturday but did not rush me. Gave me a discount on the phone and case and no charge for time taken to transfer data across. Made the whole experience painless and could not have been any more polite and helpful. I've put off buying a new phone for ages as not good with technology....I'm so grateful for their care and consideration and explained everything in terms I understood. If you need help in buying a new or second hand phone..I 100% would recommend this shop.
