Have been using Flying Hire years and they always go out of their way to help and extremely flexible. The equipment never lets me down and in the event of issues the out of hours line is always answered.

We at 110 Above festival have worked with Flying Hire for our last 5 events. Right from the start they were helpful , discussing and advising on the best solution for our Power needs. They are very flexible , adapting to our ever changing needs and work with us to get the best delivery and pick up times to suit our build and strike plans. They say you really find out how good a supplier is when things go wrong. This year we had a very last minute change to spec which required us urgently needing additional dist boards and cables. Not only did they adapt a board to suit us in the 90 mins it took us to get there, Jenny and Alan also stayed late to ensure we could get the additional equipment same day. The next day in the morning of festival opening one of the generators was playing up. A quick call between ours and their engineer determined it would need replacing. 2 hours later a new generator was on site, not bad considering we are 90 minutes apart. Great customer focus and we see them as working in partnership with us.

Exceptional service. Came to Flying Hire for a last minute generator hire for an event. And were able to supply a larger than needed generator but at a competitive rate. Communication and delivery services were top quality. Customer services couldn’t have done anymore for us.
