Heather is absolutely lovely friendly and welcoming. We spoken about what initially I was trying to achieve and the goals I wanted. She was so understanding and spoken thoroughly. Heather has been doing my hair for years now and recently done my daughters. She is so friendly and welcoming. She is always on hand if I need any advice about my hair. I wouldnt trust anyone else to do my hair, she's amazing!
