This is a very good gym overall as it is cheap very hygienic . The only thing that would be helpful is for a few necessary machines such as cable rows as 90% of gym groups usually have them but this one doesn’t, and also seated hamstring curl leg machine would be way better then lying hamstring leg curl . Maybe another bench upstairs as usually it takes ages waiting for bench press and try get some important equipment like hammer strength maybe

£9.99 for a day pass. Visited at 14:00 on a Saturday. Wasn’t too busy. Environment wasn’t great… decorated incredibly clinical so felt like a hospital visit. Pretty easy to get in and out. Just not a nice feel inside.

Great place for a workout, multiple pieces of equipment for a variety of training. Locker rooms with showers.Free parking available. Best in town.

There is a lot of options for equipment. Most of of the stuff you’d expect. The gym is very well kept and clean. Signing up is easy and if you’re in town for a week or so this would be an ideal option for you. They also have other locations. The app is very accurate when it comes to seeing how packed it is as well which is a plus. There is no staff and check in is all online. So if you’re traveling I recommend having a phone and use the gym wifi to sign up and enter

Scum and incels workout here. The one time you venture out into the general area and don’t workout in the women’s area. You have men harassing you, threatening you, calling you the c word and telling you to F off. What a great atmosphere. There was so management in sight and this happened at 4 in the afternoon.

I have the Ultimate where I can use multiple Gyms. Slough has always been on my list of 5, however my code was not working and neither was the camera to pick up the QR code? (Not what I am annoyed about) I was waiting a good 10 minutes having called the buzzer for assistance from a member of staff. Whilst waiting, a member of staff actually just pocked her head around, looked at me and laughed carrying on talking to whoever they were talking to around the corner totally neglecting me but was quick to laugh about it. Luckily the QR code then worked, but very unhelpful staff and unprofessional…

Great gym, spread over two floors with loads of cardio-vascular and resistance equipment and a huge range of free weights to cover every level of strength. The Gym is clean and staff always friendly, especially Arlyn, lovely lady. I like the fact that there is so much natural light from the large window areas.

Good gym. Relatively empty outside of peak period 6-8pm on weekdays.Only negative is only two functional bike racks which is quite poor. Usually a lot of bikes parked up.Should encourage people to cycle rather than drive to the gym by fixing broken and adding more bike racks. The wooden thing in the photo has been there for 3+ months as well as some rubbish… please try keep area outside gym clean.UPDATE: Have to update to 2 star because the bike rack situation has not improved and can be quite ridiculous at times, see second photo.
