I have had back problems for years and as a runner I also need leg massages. Dawn was really good at pinpointing what areas to target with massage and always produces the desired results. She is the best massage therapist I have ever used and would highly recommend her.

I was quite nervous about having a sports massage having heard horror stories about how much they can hurt. This was not the case at all, Dawn made me feel at ease and was conscious to make sure that the massage was right for me and really help to relieve the tightness in my shoulders.
