AMB took us to Calais and back in an evening and looked after us so well and our top driver Paul was so professional and we had nothing to think about. The vehicle was immaculate too. A great company to use from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Me and some friends went on a trip to bruge yesterday and dave the driver was amazing. He made us feel welcome. He was funny snd couldnt do enough for us while aboard the coach. He answered any questions and concerns we had. Thankyou for a lovely day

I would like to say that myself and husband have just been to lakeside shopping centre with amber travel on the 28/05/17 and we had a great time the driver went out of his way to help. we have another trip coming up with amb travel we are looking forward to it

Booked a 16 seater minibus to transport my wedding party and Paul the driver was fantastic. He even insisted on turning back when I’d forgotten something - highly recommend

Absolutely appalling price gouging from this company who quoted me £245 for 2x 16 minute taxi journeys for 4 people. And no, in case you’re wondering, this wasn’t for some kind of fancy car to pick us up, it would have been a standard car. Trying to take advantage of customers who need to get from A to B (and back again) is the sign of a terrible company. Do not use

Always impressed with their day trips. The coaches always spotlessly clean and comfortable. Drivers very competent, cheerful, helpful and communicative. Highly recommended.

After booking a mini bus with AMB and agreeing a quote I paid the deposit.A week in advance of the event we then no longer required a larger mini bus and only needed a smaller people carrier, which they asked us to be flexible with times if we could.We then paid the new balance for the vehicle hire and within 18 hours wanted to cancel the booking. To find out they will only refund part of payment, keeping £95. I rang to discuss this to be advised a manager will call me back.The call was quite amusing as I was advised to revert to the T&C's which I have no signed or verbally agreed.Apparently 5 days notice is not long enough from a booking confirmed 24 hours prior.Very poor customer service.
