After 3h waiting nothing received - impossible to cancel the order online or to reach them on the phone - went there to get a refund and despite Google's info it was closed, basically feel like I got £20 stolen, definitely NEVER ordering again

Had deliveries from this place a few times now while I've been around Newcastle, and the food has always been delivered quickly and piping hot. Highly recommended the A1 mix kebab, great portion size and brilliant value for money. Great customer service by both the People on the phone and the delivery driver.

Ordered food from this a1 kebabs never received the food the money has been taken, so I've rang up and the idiot on the phone has tried to say he wasn't a1 kebabs and never offered the refund so I'm going have to dispute it through my bank now. SO DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

I finished work and I was hungry so I and found this place so I ordered 7 inch pepperoni pizza and the staff was nice and food was nice

Horrible food order a pizza and a wrap and a box meal food came cold wasn't even in the box it was suppose be in it was all inside the carrier bag basically brought food to feed it to my dogs Donna meat was that thick could smash a window with it don't waste your money here guys not worth it .

The first time I ever came it was a disaster but when I came now they said they said they had new owners here so I came here again and the food was delicious and staff was kind so I recommend coming here
