At the end of lockdown, I (like most others it seemed) decided it would be a good time to try and get onto the property ladder.After various 'automated' quotes from a few bigger solicitor/estate agency companies, it was refreshing to get a personalised email quote from Irene at ELP.Fast forward a year almost later, various notes of interest, a couple of offers and one was finally accepted! (I didn't get it the first time, but the successful offer fell through a few months later, and the selling agent contacted me to see if I was still interested).Irene handled the whole process efficiently, and was excellent (and very patient) at answering all my first time buyer questions (no matter how trivial), and even when there were delays with the mortgage due to complications on the title deeds she explained everything to me so my mind was at ease.
