It is a scam for tourists. No refunds allowed in a touristic place. I feel very cheated. Avoid this store and its related stores at all cost!!!

I have been a here a few times, as the years goes by the price also goes up, uality of service has dropped and dropped. I asked if I can get a discount for buying a few things, the sales laughed and said if you bought 10+ maybe I can 'apply' for an discount. not a very good experience. also with almost every cashmere shop selling the same things for identical prices I don't encourage anyone buying fro this shop. will definitely never return again

On my recent trip to Scotland, I visited your store several times. I found the quality of the garments to be exceptional, and the value; outstanding! I've worked in the customer service field for over 30 years, and I found your staff to be courteous, professional and extremely helpful. One of your female sales representatives was incredibly helpful, and genuinely caring. I truly appreciated her kindness and assistance, as I'm handicapped, and walk with a cane. I was having difficulty accessing my wallet, to make my purchase; and she made me feel like it was ok that I needed a few extra minutes to complete my task. I'm sorry that I can't remember her name, but she was a young woman, and I believe she may have been from Slovenia. I returned to make additional purchases, as a result of her kindness and patience. (I'm a two time cancer survivor, with chronic pain which can be quite debilitating. My hands became numb, and I was having difficulty reaching into my wallet). All employees at this location treated myself and those around me; with dignity and respect. I'd recommend this store to anyone visiting Scotland. Beautiful merchandise, excellent selection of good quality, stylish clothing and accessories; reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff.

As a tourist coming to visit Edinburgh I had really bad experience and bitter memory due to staff working in this shop. My mum who doesn’t speak much english was treated really badly and asked not to touch the cloth rather tell them before they do, I stepped in on right time and saved my mum from the humiliation and abuse from the staff. I would not recommend this shop as staff are really rude and doesn’t treat you with dignity. I wish i could give negative star.

I found the most artistic and fun scarf there. It had the city’s buildings drawn on a tan cashmere backdrop. The price was what is expected and staff were very helpful. I like the unique quality design work they offer.

Great shop and great customer service, looked around and saw some nice Mens Harris Tweed jackets… bought a nice pair of gloves…. Great sale prices on select sizes!! Highly recommended

The worst shopping experience ever. I spent over £1500 there but got very bad service. The people who work there are very rude and not helpful. Slow to respond and rude. Not good deal. Will not recommend anyone going there... house of cashmere/ Scottish experience are much better. Nice service and give discount over £500.

One of the staffs is a racist. The girl wearing glasses with short blonde hair. I know how to speak in English and you do not teach me. Is “First is hello” a right reponse when I said “Excuse me?”. Would you say the same thing to your boss or friends? I don’t think so. 그리고 넌 한국어 못하잖아.

Disgusting afte rsales. Wanted to return something as the person it was bought for passed away before I got the chance to give it to her. Refused to refund and used any excuse not to. Despite it still being in the bag with tags etc. Wouldn't even offer a credit note. For a tourist trap like this i'd expect at least some level of customer service

Fabulous place, staff were great , very helpful, especially Sarah. We got a number of beautiful pure cashmere scarves. Very pleased with our visit
