Unable to manage workloads goes from no work to everything being needed now.Unable to win respectable projects or even medium sized construction work despite being located in the fasted growing city in Europe.Main projects are toilet blocks and few rooms in a hospital and high ways depots still using AutoCAD not prepared to.Witnessed bullying in the workplace, lost half the staff in less than a year, definite blame culture.
