Connaught Carpets
I highly recommend Connaught Carpets. I first used them about five years ago in my old house to fit some vinyl flooring. I was so impressed that I used them again in May 2019, when they fitted out nearly our entire house. Malcolm and Mick in the showroom are very helpful and knowledgeable, and their fitters are fast and very professional.

Fantastic service and brilliant carpets, fitted to a very tight schedule with moving house. Really happy with the final finish. They even fitted an old carpet in another room. Very tidy and professional and fitted by the same people who sell in the shop. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic company, Family run, Mick & his team have been installing my flooring for over 20 years. We’ve had a first class service & they have laid carpet, tiles, vinyl & Amtico flooring. The staff are always polite, courteous & respectful and the job always completed on time to an excellent standard. I could recommend them more & wouldn’t have anyone else for my flooring.

Ellis the owner is a very nice chap with dreadful customer service skills. Just bought the same carpet he stocks in another shop for £5840. Wish him well but customer skills need to improve.

Just had Ellis and his team do a superb job fitting bedroom carpets and luxury vinyl tiles at our property. Highly recommend this company really friendly and helpful. They have a fantastic showroom and let us have as many samples as we wanted.

We employed Ellis and his team to replace a carpet in our lounge and fit a parquet Amtico floor in our hallway and kitchen. It was a big job and we had a very tight time frame (guests arriving to stay) but the team fromConnaught Carpets were efficient, professional and very tidy! They did an excellent job, on time, for a fair price and you can’t ask for much more than that! There is a real ‘family’ feel to the business - throughout the design process, Ellis was really helpful and happy to discuss any of my concerns - something you don’t get from one of the bigger companies. Definitely recommend.
