Guys were snowed under but did their best to get everyone seen too as quickly as possible. Clearly under pressure but good service and a sense of humour.

I went there for the first time today and I am so happy that I did, staff are great.Friendly, honest and willing to help in getting the best price for me and the other customers that came in after me.This was for my full service and tracking.Scott, Chris, Jaime and the other boys do a super job from start to finish and my car was finished in the estimated time.I will be going back when needing their services again.

Fixed my puncture today. I've used them many times before, and, from my own experience, and seeing how they have dealt with other customers, they appear to be trustworthy; so important when choosing a garage to work on your car.

New tyres fitted, but unable to do tracking, which I've paid for. Came out Sunday morning and front tyre flat. Help line totally unhelpful. Now cant use car.

It took 5 hours yesterday to replace two tires on my car. It was meant to be at 10:00, and I finally got my car back at 15:00. I accept that there were people in front of me, but it still took around an hour to actually replace the tires once they actually got around to it. If you’re looking to have your time severely wasted, look no further.

Arrived bang on time for apt to change defective tyre this afternoon. Booked in then after waiting 1hr 40mins I asked how much longer it would take. That sprang someone, with the enthusiasm of a lame snail into action. After waiting over half an hour with my card in my hand to pay they eventually managed to process the invoice and allow me to depart Over all to have 1 tyre replaced it took 3 hours. I have never had such an experience any where else and will never use that branch or maybe company again.

Customer service at this station was awful. I called up, the attitude and rudeness was the worst I have experienced. Guy couldn't care less and seemed knowledgeless. Never, I repeat, never, use these guys. Customer service is non existent. Better alternatives.
