National Express

Thanks to the guys at Gatwick South today who got us on to an earlier bus to Heathrow. They were the silver lining in a day of travel chaos.

Very cool ride however after travelling on a long haul flight from the USA it would have been nice to travelin a quieter vehicle where people wouldn't be talking so loud on his phone as if he was the one who paid for all the seats. T h e driver didn T say anything or asked him to be a but quieter on his phone.

The World’s worst company ever. I believe even in Afghanistan you can go your destination more easily. Their board is totally fake. On board it says the bus is on time. But there is not a real bus. Staff is careless. My experience was ultimately a regret .I think In the space era they dont even have gps on their buses. We are waiting but we dont know when will it come. maybe today maybe tomorrow maybe it will even not come..

Cheap things come with high costs. This may be the cheapest way to get out of Gatwick Airport, but if you want to make it somewhere on time, forget about it. Unfortunately I witnessed people missing important flights when our coach arrived to the airport with a 40 minutes delay. It’s definitely cheap. But risky.

I had booked a bus at 3.30pm to allow for extra time as I has an international flight, however I decided to change the timing to earlier at 2.40pm, for which I paid an extra 5pounds. However the 2.40pm bus never showed up and the next bus was very delayed and ended up coming at 3.25pm which was almost the same time I had booked earlier. Despite repeatedly calling the customer service and informing them of the same and them confirming that a refund of 5pounds would be provided, they refused to give an email confirmation on the same and I have not received any refund till date. National express customer service is the worst and they will do anything to charge extra for everything without even providing the service you are paying extra for. This is on top of the stress of making it on time for your flights.

We booked ticket for Stansted airport at 6:12 a.m. the bus never came and they didn't facilitate information about the issue. Same happened at 6;42 and we needed to find a cab. Another 12 people were in the same situation, nobody received and email or message in regards of delays or disruptions.

Very pleasantly surprised, very helpful staff, well organised from booking to completion of journeys. Comfortable journeys well informed by drivers. Coaches clean and well kept. All at a very reasonable price. Certainly use NE in the future.

It’s a coach station at Gatwick airport - coaches up to London and then onwards to all over the country or down to Brighton from here. There’s no facilities here other than a waiting room with a vending machine and some toilets nearby that’s it. Buy food elsewhere before you arrive to wait for the coach.

Information about departures is completely unreliable, no staff on site, ticket office closed and online booking down. All coaches are numbered 025 whether they are going to Victoria, Heathrow or Brighton. Great system!Coach 40 minutes late. Driver seemed clueless about which coach service he was providing when he arrived. Only used because no trains and will drive in future to avoid both.
