This company clearly just want to rent property’s as fast as they can to gain the profit. They are money minded only. I was pressured to pay a holding fee for a property I had been accepted for. I requested a second viewing before I paid anything and I was told no bevause they have other people wanting it . Regardless this is pressurising. I paid anyway . Then they requested all sorts of unreasonable unnecessary paperwork from me making things really difficult. This was all done but staff member Jessica. When I wanted to complain about this I was advised i should send my complaint Jessica and I was refused any details for anyone else . Finally I get hold of the manager Rob price who told me he had been “reassured” by his colognes that my claims were false this is dispute me sending evidence and recorded calls . He refused my refund or any decent customer care . I didn’t even receive a phone call from him or anyone to solve my complaint just an email to say there will be no refund and it’s my fault backing out . Which I didn’t actually do I wanted to complain about the process that had happened so far . Avoid this company at all costs and never feel pressured to pay holding fees . The landlord has accepted you above all others they don’t be grudge you a second viewing .

Absolutely TERRIBLE. If you’re a student, be very careful. They WILL take your deposit off you and try to blame previous damage on you. Make sure to take photos WITH time stamps on entry. Landlords they work with are vile and untrustworthy.

Bullied my Sister and her fellow housemates to pay for supposed cleaning charges at end of tennancy despite the house being filthy when she moved in. No money was reinbursed for cleaning products spent to make the house clean on arrival. Avoid at all costs as it seems this practise is clearly a money making operation.

I cannot rate the team in this office enough. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met and the move went smoothly. We would 100% recommend them.

Avoid like the plague if you are a STUDENT. Will attempt to charge your deposit for pre-existing issues, or issues that were not even your fault. They decide to ignore correspondence when you question such queries. Do not follow their own contractual agreements with repayments of deposits within 10 days (I'm still waiting on day 56). Gravely unprofessional and work with the most vile landlords.
