Josh has transformed my fitness over the last 9 months. His attention to detail in explaining my form, the impact of the exercise and post-workout care has helped accelerate my results. I’ve lost about 8kg and counting, much more stronger and have had to change my wardrobe. Can’t wait to see how far we go over the next 9 months. It’s easier to be consistent with a trainer who truly cares and has a no none sense approach to fitness. Highly recommend.

I trained with Josh six months after having my son, to get some strength and muscle back and to feel a bit better in myself. Josh understood my needs from the start, he was supportive and patient whilst also pushing me to reach and exceed my targets. A bonus is that he is the loveliest person ever! He really knows his stuff and I can't recommend him enough if you're postpartum looking to get back to it slowly. Thank you Josh!

I’ve been training weekly with Josh for around six months and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He is easy to get along with and motivational, and puts you completely at ease. My sessions are always varied and enjoyable, yet sufficiently challenging. When I used to go to to the gym I never knew what to do and felt uncertain when navigating equipment and exercises. Thanks to Josh’s guidance, I now feel confident to go into the gym by myself and purposefully carry out my workout, with excellent form.Since training with Josh I am much stronger, have made massive strides towards my fitness goals and am feeling much more confident in myself.

I've known Josh for two years and he's completely transformed my body. I'm stronger than I've ever been and as an older gentleman, it's really important for me to stay focused. Josh encouraged me to compete in a Spartan Race and actually surprised me on the day and ran with me!He makes the gym a safe space and really teaches you how to train properly and safely.

Having never set foot in a gym in 46 years, I came to Josh a total novice and quite intimidated by the thought of going to a gym. I haven’t looked back since, he’s a brilliant PT, incredibly knowledgable and motivating and a genuinely lovely guy. He has transformed me in the 2 years that I have been working with him and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I look forward to our weekly sessions immensely. The only issue is that he’s an Arsenal fan. But you can’t have everything can you? At least he’s not a Spurs fan…
