Ordered my car back in March this year. I have had a Volvo before and absolutely loved it so decided to return. Obviously under the current circumstances we didn’t really know when it was going to arrive and that wait was hard as I just wanted the new car!! it finally arrived this week and I absolutely love it! The whole process of trading in my old car and collecting today and having a tour of the car was fantastic. There are so many buttons, you need a full lesson in how to use it but the staff are great and Richard and Chris got it over the line with a very happy customer! Also to add, that there were so few extra bonus’s that are provided by riverside Volvo that I have never had before and look forward to the services and any aftercare! They also managed to keep two children entertained for nearly 90 minutes with free drinks and biscuits!

Tom was absolutely brilliant.! Did a great job finding me a new used Volvo and offered me a reasonable trade in price for my old vehicle. Many thanks for your patience with us. and we hope to be back in the new year to find a new car for my partner as well.

My first Volvo I was struggling setting up a few things as there’s so much high tech. I rang and a chap called Tom B asked me to call in I did and he set it all up and introduced me to the service plan too. Good lad Tom. I’ll be back very nice place even free coffee and biscuits☺️

Great experience from start to finish. Mia was incredibly helpful and efficient, everything was dealt with straight away without any fuss. The Polestar is fantastic and was delivered from Doncaster to Somerset by mid morning. If we lived nearby I would certainly go back for services etc.

Back in May 2023 I needed a new car, after my trusty Zafira decided it wanted a new gear box. So car hunting began in earnest, well after searching most of Sheffield, Rotherham, going as far south as Derby scoured Auto Trader all to no avail. I've always been dubious buying a car and normally buy one thru friends or family so I know what I'm getting. Anyhow after 3 weeks of fruitless searches my wife found 2 vehicles in Riverside Mitsubishi Doncaster both Sportages. So off we trot on a Bank Holiday Monday and meet Shaun (Sales Manager) took car (1.7 13plate Sportage) for test drive. No pushy sales at all just a normal conversation with what checks they do etc prior to completion. It helped seal the deal (I used to work in sales so know the tactics) so I purchased the car it was perfect. When they checked the car over, it was discovered that deep scratches had been hidden with polish, so they gave the car a full respray at no extra charge. (Yes it meant a delay in collecting my new car).The car came with 3 months warranty during which I found a few minor faults (window switch etc) and 1 major (a small knocking noise) which turned out to be a worn steering rack (not cheap to replace).All of these where sorted by Joel (Service Dept Manager) with ease, for free and no hassle, I even got a brand new Volvo xc40 as a courtesy car for the duration of repairs.If you want a Used (or New) car then highly recommend Riverside Motor Group, you won't get ripped off (unlike some back street garages), they do look after you, do what they say and in the current climate 2nd hand cars ain't cheap, so you definitely want a reliable car that's going to last. I have just collected a new XC40 and was very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Special thanks must go to Richard Fisher who made the whole experience so enjoyable (and also kept Mum and I supplied with coffee and chocolate biscuits!). Great service from the team at Riverside, especially Richard Fisher, i found the car on there website, from there they contacted me and took me through the whole process, I got the train from Milton Keynes, they picked me up, went through everything once at the dealership, 7 day car insurance which was free allowed me to take the car on the day. First rate service.
