Wow, what can I say; absolutely wonderful place with so many light fittings to choose from - I absolutely love the two I purchased!!

Extremely poor customer service when ordering online from Pagazzi.Not only do you pay £50 delivery for a piece of artwork but they do not give delivery slots.I ordered my art almost 3 weeks ago. I had to contact them last week to chase up my order. There has to be someone at home to receive your order and the time slot allocated is between7am and 5pm. I waited in all day today then received an email mail advising that the driver was delayed. This was at 4pm at 5:30 I received a voice mail to say my order had been damaged in an incident and now will be delivered on Friday. Now either the driver is delayed or my piece was damaged. I do not believe both occurred. Now they expect me to take another day on Friday to deliver. It is not good enough. This is not a cheap shop. Amazon will deliver something costing less than £10 the next day but this store cannot deliver an item costing almost £300. Save yourself the hassle and look for the same products online. You will find them much cheaper with free delivery the next day.

However, upon arrival, we were met with a frustrating sight—a simple piece of A4 paper indicating that the store was closed. This experience was indeed disheartening, especially after investing time and effort to reach the store. To make matters more complicated, we had to navigate an additional 25-minute journey through traffic to reach their Bolton store. This unforeseen detour was far from ideal and set a less-than-optimal tone for our visit.However, it's essential to highlight that the staff at the Bolton store were notably friendly and amenable. They demonstrated a welcoming and helpful demeanor, which was a refreshing contrast to the initial disappointment of the closed store. This warm customer service created a more inviting atmosphere and helped to offset the earlier setback.Nevertheless, our in-store experience and product availability left something to be desired. The stock holding in the store was less than satisfactory, and several of the fittings we had in mind were not in stock. Fortunately, the staff member was proactive in offering to place an order for home delivery to ensure we could obtain the products we desired. This willingness to assist was commendable.An issue arose when we later reviewed our purchases online. It came to our attention that we could have saved a significant £150 by ordering the items online, a substantial difference in price. While we were able to resolve this discrepancy through email correspondence, it left us questioning the pricing consistency between in-store and online purchases.On a brighter note, the prices of the light fittings we did purchase in-store were reasonable, and the variety of choices was excellent. The range of options available at Pagazzi Lighting is a strong point, and the amiable nature of the staff members further contributed positively to our overall shopping experience.While our visit yielded a mix of positive and negative experiences, we remain inclined to consider returning to Pagazzi Lighting in the future. The vast selection of products and the welcoming staff are compelling reasons to give the store another chance. However, we have learned from our initial visit and have decided to only visit the Bolton store, as we now have reservations about the reliability of the Warrington store due to the unexpected closure.In conclusion, Pagazzi Lighting offers a mixed shopping experience. While the staff at the Bolton store were friendly and accommodating, the poor stock holding and the price disparity between in-store and online purchases were sources of disappointment. The store does provide reasonably priced products and an impressive range of choices, which makes it worth considering for future visits. Nevertheless, it's advisable to confirm the operating hours of the store to avoid the inconvenience we encountered during our initial visit. Our three-star rating reflects the balance between the positive and negative aspects of our experience.

I bought a lamp, 2 ceiling chandeliers, 1 large mirro reasonable priced, and the staff so helpful and friendly especially the middle aged guy who served us he couldn't do enough.Going back i need a large mirror again.

Spoilt for choice a huge choice of lamps and ceiling fixtures, and more besides! Prices are very affordable! You are bound to find something you want from here.
