Gary and his team done an excellent job. His communication is what stood out from others, clear with what was going to be done and replied to calls and texts far beyond business hours. Completed on time, arrived when they said they would, very tidy and brought their own milk for tea. Very impressed with their workmanship and the price was very reasonable. Will be calling on Gary and the team in the future, I'd recommend them to others without hesitation.

Could not fault Gary and his team. Friendly, professional and punctual as per the reviews I'd read. Gary was honest about any potential issues and how I could save money, even if it meant using a different service. Dan and Matt were sent to do the work and were tidy, friendly, polite and fast! The price was reasonable and no more than was quoted. All three of them used my name when addressing me and had a polite, friendly yet professional manner that's all too infrequent these days. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

A full replacement with upgrade to our heating system, great workmanship, polite, friendly and a team that work well together. Very pleased with the install and completed quickly with disruption kept to a minimum - would not hesitate to recommend and will continue to use for servicing.

Gary's team removed an airing cupboard for us and helped fit out a bathroom. Their level of detail and care taken was terrific which has helped make the finished room look great. More than happy to leave them in the house unattended whilst I was at work too. Totally professional and trustworthy - thank you! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I moved into a house to find out the boiler was not working. I contacted copthorne plumbing and heating and they managed to fit me in very quickly. They attended and did not leave until the problem was fixed. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone with gas or plumbing needs. I will definitely use them again!
