Absolutely smashing, me and kevin went for our 15 year anniversary and it was sbsolutely delightful and satisfied all our needs , the buns have other uses too;) overall great exprerience , felt like Gordon Ramsey cooked me a meal xxxxxxx

Really really disappointed in our experience here.Ordered for collection. We arrived 20 minutes later and was told there was no veggie burger available (why not call us when we ordered).Offered us a chicken burger, or beef burger, which was obviously not going to work. We asked for a large veggie pizza instead, and was told that would be fine.Waited another 15 minutes for our order. Received a 5” veggie pizza.Very disappointed, bad communication and bad service.

Donner meat and chips came in a pizza box. Sauce was dripping from the bottom of the box. Mozzarella sticks dry tasteless. Probably a cheap buy from asda. And it didn't even come with a dip. Instead of tango cherry we got pepsi cherry

Very delicous chicken donner with new season fried potatoes and salad, I would recommend everybody to try it out. You will not be disappointed.

The service was quick and friendly enough, the prices are about average.They don't accept card payment in the shop, which is a little old fashioned. I have given it 3 stars as many of the negatives I have for this place are to do with personal taste.I had fish and chips, also tried a little chicken, I think they're more known for their pizzas but I can't comment on those. I have avoided this place for a while as you can smell the oil from the fryers a mile away and it doesn't smell pleasant. I finally tried it and as I suspected, everything was oily and tasted strongly of the unpleasant oil. The chips we a little soggy and could've used longer in the fryer.In summary: If you have to eat here it's not the end of the world, but if you have a choice then there are plenty of similarly priced places in Boston that are better quality (imo).

Fish & Chips is now an expensive meal, and the businesses who offer this are under increasing costs - from the oil, to the gas for fryers to the actual fish. Because many now can’t afford to enjoy this as often, you’d expect the remaining Fish & Chip shops to be doing all they can to retain custom and make the best, freshest food. Well, not at Ann’s. What you need to appreciate is where they source the food from to begin (low quality wholesalers) but they could at least do something they have control over (the Batter). Alas, this is poor too. Then you’ve got the fact they over produce batches of chips so these are left being kept warm for too long and are cooked in oil that is a few days overdue a change. It’s not going to make you unwell, but it’s not good value, not good quality and even the refurbished shop is in poor condition with smeared windows and dirty flooring. Just a shame this is not fun with passion and care.

Not the best of experiences. It’s like someone has bought a Chippy and then branched out into everything else’s - badly. The quality of the food is poor, the quality of the interior and hygiene worse. It’s such a shame because with just a bit more enthusiasm, care and help this could be a great place. Tried once but I’ll be sticking to Henry’s down the road.
