David who owns 1st Call Services is a very good and honest plumber, the sort of man you can leave in your house on his own which is an added bonus. Totally clean worker, specialises in fitting Worcester Bosch boilers which have been voted best boiler of the year for 5 years running. He is the only plumber I will use now as others I have used in the past are always too expensive I feel but David's prices seem very reasonable.

A fantastic service provided at every step. From the initial survey until the job was completed, the team offered a very professional service; offering advice and explanations along the way. When my old boiler decided to die, I did my research and decided I wanted to go for a particular boiler; after talking through with David, he suggested a slightly different model and I am very pleased that not only that I did listen, but David actually suggested the better option. I would highly recommend them if you want an honest service, provided by a professional, friendly and not to forget funny team. :-)

Can't fault David and his crew, he fitted our boiler six years ago and we go back to him every year for service etc. Nice to deal with, tidy and knowledgeable when they're here and always contactable. This visit we called him on Sunday evening as heating didn't come on, David took the call and knowing we had a young family was here on Monday morning having preemptively picked up the part he thought we needed from our description of what happened so was able to fix there and then. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I can highly recommend David and his team. We moved into a new house and the combi boiler was giving us issues and was unreliable, upon inspection the boiler was over 20 years old and appeared to be a DIY install. David gave us an excellent price on a new Worcester Bosch with a Hive thermostat, he had to move pipework and install a soak away as the previous system was just draining onto the pathway outside.They were clean, courteous and highly professional throughout, fixing problems and explaining the steps that they were taking and the options available. I have already passed his number on to a couple of friends and would not hesitate to recommend or use him again.

I really can’t speak highly enough of David and his team. He went above and beyond for me and fixed my boiler at short notice.I rang quite a few engineers the night my boiler broke and David was the only man who genuinely wanted to help and didn’t quote me silly call out charges.He was kind, professional, efficient and very reasonably priced. He also explained that my thermostat was old so I upgraded it to the new digital version controlled by my phone, which I’m loving.I will most definitely be using him for all my boiler needs going forward!

Dave has carried out lots of work over the years for us, from fitting a new boiler and servicing it to helping when radiators aren't working properly. He is extremely helpful and his work is excellent. Not only that but he is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Fully recommended.

David was exceptional. He installed 2 boilers for me in rental properties, one was on finance which was so easy, and the other was paid after completion. If only all plumbers were like 1st Call Services. It was very refreshing to be given a professional opinion, which I trusted, then the job was carried out exactly how I was told, intact, they left my flats cleaner than the tenants had! thank you David and Robin.
