Had my daughter's ears pierced here yesterday and was very impressed. Great communication from start to finish, friendly and efficient with all electronic paperwork etc. Very safe and clean environment with hygiene a clear priority. My daughter was nervous and they reassured her, putting her at ease and explained exactly what they were going to do. She barely flinched, was a seamless process and is thrilled with her first piercing! Since they have an aftercare service I feel like I could go back to them with any queries if I needed. Highly recommend! Thank you x

Both my kids felt comfortable. They got told step by step what was happening. It was very clean and the people that done their ears were very patient and polite. Would highly recommend

I've been hear for a piercing before but that was not the reason today. My septum ball was being really difficult to remove (jewelry not from them) and I needed to change it. They were great, friendly and super professional. You can tell they've done this for years it was no issue. Even recommend a better style piercing for my needs because of my jobs. Thank you Leaf. X
