Thank you to Keys & Lee and especially Candice for helping us buy our first home. From the first contact to book a viewing all the way through to completion, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. I almost always got straight through to Candice on the first call to the office but if I had to leave a message with the ever helpful Sandra or Duncan I would receive a call back as soon as Candice became free. The world of house buying will forever be a confusion for me but Candice and all the staff at Keys & Lee made it so easy and simple even going so far as keeping all the solicitors on track as well. Excellent work and thank you very much.

Could not recommend Keys and Lee (Romford) more highly. Both Duncan and Chloe were superb throughout the purchase of my property. They couldn't have done more for me if they tried. They're always quick to respond to any question I had and gave me regular updates without needing a prompt.

Had an awful experience with this agency. They went radio silent during the middle of a sale. Offer accepted, then I’m told the owner is enquiring about extending the lease and they will come back to me. I still haven’t heard back. It’s been 2 months! I’ve chased and I’ve chased! I dealt with Chloe Boniface who was utterly clueless and not very helpful. Don’t think she has a clue what she is doing. She didn’t even tell me that the owner is enquiring. She strung me along. Had to get that info out if a colleague (Duncan) I think. He hasn’t got back to me either lol. Go to another agency if you are in a rush people, because these guys ain’t got the foggiest! Customer service 0/10!
