Original review- Rude and unhelpful staff including the manager. Why work in a store selling children’s items if you don’t like children?Edited Review-Hello Susan, firstly I would like to clear up the fact that in my comment above I have not left details of any events that had occurred therefore this wouldn’t be sufficient to compare to the detailed complaint I had made via whatsapp yesterday.In response to your comment below, I did want to take a look at a WOODEN camera toy which was displayed in the shop window as it was the last one in stock. A simple request which was made to make me feel awkward and unwelcome by this particular staff member. I also did not appreciate her waving the toy in our faces instead of letting me (an adult) hold the item. This resulted in my 2 year old getting upset thinking that the staff member was teasing him with the toy. I had asked if it was a store policy that a person purchasing the product was not allowed to touch the product first and she replied no and so did the shop manager so it is surprising for me to hear that it actually is a store policy (or rather confusing as you are now saying that it is). It would have been almost impossible for my toddler who was in my arms at the time to break such a hard, durable sturdy made-to-last WOODEN toy “protected in a silicone shell”. In future, please teach your staff that telling customers that “naughty children” who break toys in the store is not a great term to use as an explanation to a new customer who would like to look at a product before they buy it.I’m sorry to hear that your staff was upset however I can not comprehend as to why she would be as I did not say or do anything which could have possibly upset her. I calmly asked if I could just pay for the toy so that I could leave but instead she continued to keep me there and justify why it was important for children not to touch anything inside the store. I was spoken over so much that I barely could say anything at all.As a business owner myself, I am surprised at the lack of empathy you have shown in your response. I purposely chose to enter your store to support a small business as opposed to make this purchase with a larger retailer who also stocks the same items. I thought the whole point of selling items in a physical store is to see and sometimes try it out first otherwise I would have purchased the item online.It is clear to me that you feel that an apology to myself as a customer who left your store feeling upset is not due in this case.Best of luck.

I will definitely deal with bambista again. They were professional, communication skill was quick and respond through whatsup. Delivery was so quick and the price of bundle Cybex twist easzy 2 was reasonable and I did saved also £150 . Thank you for service I will definitely recommend you service.

Brilliant to be able to find Bonds underwear for kids, here. It’s the only type I like for my daughter (good wide band; stronger material; great colours) . And so many styles and reasonably priced! I’m delighted. Service was prompt and efficient too. Would highly recommend and I’ll be using again.

I bought some children's underwear, a very much loved brand which is difficult to get and often very expensive. At bambinista they were very reasonably priced and the delivery arrived super quickly. I'm very impressed and would recommend this company. I will be using them again!!
