Goals Birmingham Star City

We held a birthday party with Goals and was massively impressed with the general service and the attention from each of the staff that we dealt with. We were particularly thankful to Jon who looked after the kids and ensured they had the best time! Would definitely recommend.

We had our Sons 5th birthday party over the weekend. The booking process was so simple straight to the point. On the day it was so smooth the coach Luke was fantastic with the children. We had the best feedback from all children and their parents who are now considering Goals for their children’s parties. 10/10 will always recommend

My son had a fantastic party at Goals Star City last Saturday, all the kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed it. Found all the staff extremely helpful and friendly and Luke who was the coach was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much… very happy customers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently held our corporate 5-a-side tournament at Goals Star City. From start to finish, the entire process was effortless and Patrick was on hand to support with every query ahead of the event and on the day. The facilities were excellent and provided everything we needed. The bespoke kit and DJ really rounded off the event. Looking forward to coming back bigger and better next year!

Recently held a birthday party at Goals for my son who was turning 8 years old.. From start to finish the team couldn't of been any more friendly fun and helpful, My son and his friends had a brilliant experience John the coach made the party come alive and had great interaction and banter with the children and the parents/carers that were present even with soaring temperatures John put in 100%.The venue and facilities are amazing, the food was fresh and tasty (not much left, so that's always a good sign). drinks were plentiful and refilled at regular times nobody was dehydrating in that heat!The games were interactive and suitable for all ages and ability.The awards ceremony was a nice touch and the children all came away absolutely buzzing and happy, two children expressed there interest for there upcoming birthdays to be held there so that's testimony in itself to how great the party was.Would highly recommend this venue, and we look forward to our return and use of the facilities at Goals starcity.Many thanks for all your hard work in making it a really special day for my son and his friends.

I had my birthday party here on 16/09. The staff here are amazing. I was worried about the event several weeks before the actual party. The manager and Harry were just fantastic. Reassuring, genuinely interested and fantastically supportive. The staff on the night were megga busy, the lady and the young guy, ( sorry did not get names ) that coped so professionally and were pleasant throughout the evening. They , supported our needs with the food, nothing was a problem, they helped and appeared to have enjoyed themselves too. The bar was sooooooo busy, but they stayed on top of things with a smile. Brilliant team. Away from having to finish at midnight, 0100 hours would be better. This is an excellent environment for an adult party. My party was perfect, a life long memory of which they made a difference. Thank you ...

John the party host was absolutely brilliant made my son’s birthday really enjoyable…. Patience of a saint . I leased with Patrick about the party all went to plan my son was made a fuss off . The lady behind the bar Is definitely not suited to a customer facing roll . Behind the scenes would be a better role for her . Thanks again.

Luke was an amazing coach and had a really positive interaction with all the kids. The food was cooked to perfection by Harry and Gemma the manager was friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous party and didn’t need to think about a thing :-)
