Examplary service from Trade counter. I recently bought house and it was my 1st ever experience in building works. The customer service advisor SAJ was wonderful and guided us to the correct route as to what would be the best option to go for. What a smiling face. Professional service. Highly recommended.

First time to this branch and although the yard was organised chaos due to building works the staff remained positive, friendly and incredibly helpful. Simon was integral in ensuring all customers and deliveries were in and out of the yard as quickly as possible

This is the first time I've been to Travis Perkins and I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the staff at the Windsor St. branch, even down to the gentleman outside working in the yard, he lifted my goods being postcrete, concrete and mortar bags into the boot of my car a great help when your 75 and I thank him for that. Lindsey behind the counter was a great help as well with her happy smiling face. A pleasant experience. I'll certainly use this place again.

Great customer service

Ordered around 20 items, first available delivery slot was 11 days away - fair enough. However items were delivered with 2 items missing when the finally came. I rang and spoke to the store at 0807 - was told they would need to look into it. I received an apology from the manager and told he would try his best to get the items out that day, if not they would be delivered the following day. (Considering I live 7mins from branch) but I would be called with an update...4pm - no call received - I called the branch and was told the manager had left for the day and they good would be sent tomorrow.The day after, late morning, still no call, I rang asking for an update was told the manager would be in later and someone would definitely give me a call with an update. No call all day, I called back and was told it would be delivered the following morning. I stated my frustration that there had been no updates, no call backs, furthermore I had used 2 days holiday from work to complete a diy project. Member of staff was telling me the staff enquiries they had to undertake for the missing items, however complete disregard for the inconvenience it had caused me. I enquired about having my delivery charge refunded and the price of missing items refunded, the person I spoke to said he would pass this onto the manager and I would get a call - no call.Today -items arrived - no callstaff were pleasant enough on the phone, however no accountability and poor customer service.On a positive note - the delivery driver who usually delivers my items is a good lad

Rang to.place an order for collection. Ready within half an hour. I work in the TP group for another retailer. This was my first visit. Very impressed. Excellent service. Polite and helpful staff. Great social distancing set up. Would recommend and will return.

Good quality materials and tools. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Far superior than the DIY store that can only put two letters and an ampersand together.

Love this perkins. The staff are a great laugh and are always helpful with whatever you need, even if it is directing you to another merchant to find what you're after
