Carolyn Keyes has an amazing range of dresses to buy or hire and I was able to try on lots of different options during my personal shopping appointment. Zowie provided great suggestions on colour and style to suit me and the occasion. Having selected my dream dress, Zowie quickly turned around the alterations to make it the perfect fit and I am now all ready for the event. I look forward to sharing the pictures with them. The whole process was easy, arranging appointments and easy to park close by. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for an excuse to visit this fabulous shop for years, and my daughters prom provided the opportunity. Wonderful selection of dresses, helpful, friendly staff. Very organised to ensure no girl will turn up I the same dress as another at her school. We are so lucky to have this shop in Worthing.

Utterly fantastic, customer led experience. I attended on the 25.02.2023 with my daughter ahead of Prom-agedden due this year....I'll confess, I was not looking forward to this, having been dragged around nearly every prom dress shop in the South East, however the whole experience was really rather wonderful. Vicky who assisted was simply amazing and the service we received was very different from other places we had been too. Rather than us pick the dresses, we were asked and guided to different choices; we had gone in with a very fixed idea of what we were looking for and came out with some completely different. I cannot rate this shop and their staff highly enough, from start to finish the service was top notch and the whole experience really really wonderful. Thank you especially to Vicky (from the mum you made (good) cry).

Honestly had the best experience at Carolyn Keyes when buying my Prom dress. They made me feel so welcome and they really do care about you having the best dress and making you feel stunning! Which they achieved! I would highly recommend going here. What a wonderful experience! I was looking for a dress for Glyndebourne. The ladies were so brilliant. They helped me find a dress I absolutely loved and felt really great in. They made alterations so it fitted me perfectly and was the exact length for the shoes I wore. The best part was hanging out with such lovely ladies while trying on beautiful dresses in a magical boutique. Not only do you come away with an amazing dress, you come away with such a feel-good experience. I highly recommended them on every level.
