Service department excellent.Always helpful, good service.Check you ok while you wait.Service 5 star.Sales: you had a captive audience. I’m all for non pushy sales but if you had acknowledged me rather than ignore my presence. Take the lead from the service departments, or even the gent dealing with the coffee machine. You might , well have had a future sale!!Especially when you had the new Quashqi E demo and loaner sitting there doing nothing.I found this out when I was leaving, after waiting for 2 hours for my car service.(Nice quick clean too, thank you )

Yesterday, I purchased a Nissan Juke Hybrid from West End Motors. To say that I am pleased with purchase and the customer service, would be a total understatement! Grant was an incredibly professional yet kind and informative salesman and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody wanting to purchase a car in the future. Excellent service as always from David and his service team. Had to get RAC to take the car to the garage we always use and with great thanks they excelled yet again. Really need to stick with Vauxhall to stay with these guys. 10 Stars to you

5 Stars is not enough for this Vauxhall dealership.I took my poorly Vauxhall Astra in to get looked at as the performance of it had been compromised by a poorly performed 20,000 service from another Vauxhall dealership based in Plymouth, I can say that David the service manager and the West End Motors team of mechanics found my problem and rectified the issue swiftly and efficiently. David kept me updated with the progress of the issue with my vehicle and I can say that my poorly car was fixed professionally and in a timely manner, would highly recommend West End Motors, and will be getting my future car services done with them instead

He has been nothing but professional every time I have needed to contact him and the transfer over to my new car was faultless. Well done James.
