Unable to get help with billing. Keeps sending me to Bot then disconnects. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will have to travel 9 miles to my nearest store hoping a HUMAN BEING will be able to actually help me!!!!!

We called into the shop today.and we spoke to Henry about iPhone promax15.when we asked Henry the sales rep about the best price on a contract with vodaphone he was very rude.I asked him why they was dear than over retails how was selling vodaphone contracts.henry replied there vodaphone contracts would not have priority over service or Internet and they over providers did not provide a good service ever..well Henry we went to the apple shop bought a new phone out right and a sim with 5g service with more dater for £10.00 per month.so really Henry I would like to say a big thank you to you for been rude to use. as we have saved use also alot of money asked Henry would we receive NHS discount and Henry said no you have to on line and it is really hard to do it's not worth the hassle.well done Henry.

Nothing special.Young lady on tech support is lovely, the rest of the staff are below average, some ads even straight up rude.The mobile accessories are over priced.

Staff need customer service training.They do not understand theT&Cs on the products and contracts they promote so its impossible for them to be truly honest. Thus they make it up as they go.After 7 years of being a Vodafone customer and one experience with this shop I have definitely decided to find another more professional provider.

Went for a contract phone, but the deal was not sealed as the price for data attached to the phone was killing.. even when I mentioned I don't need the data..

The staff here are great. I've been having problems with my fone that the staff at Halifax were unwilling to help with. These guys in Huddersfield sorted everything for me & even taught me some things I didn't know about my fone

Helpful , I only need to change who pays the bill and spoke with a lad in their who set me up ! But I phoned the number given and gave my details and was ' PROMISED ' that once I arrived back home I would be up and running 'but as they say ' if it sounds too good to be true it usually is ! ' so called the Vodafone customer service and spoke with a lady who kept me on hold for what seemed to be a life time , and eventually was told that I could either phone them back on Friday or they would call me back at 1.00 p.m on Friday and they'll have me up and running ?. I really wouldn't care but all they need to do is swap who pays the bill ! It's not rocket science, but I've been jumping through hoops just to do this simple task . But apart from that ' yeh fine '.
