Gochers Laundry

Gochers Laundry have provided our Hotel with an excellent service for many years. They are never late with their deliveries and the products that Gochers supply are always in perfect condition when they arrive. When we needed extra products for a very busy weekend Gochers could not do enough to help and even sent an extra delivery to us on a Sunday morning so our guests had fresh clean sheets to sleep in that night. We have used three other laundries before we tried Gochers and now we wish we had used Gochers from the start. Very friendly team who go the extra mile to ensure their customers get exactly what they want.

Terrible service all round. Would not recommend.I initially had an issue which I needed to communicate with the director about (Julian).The only issue was I could never get hold of any managers. (Julie) on reception was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. On calling 3 days in a row she explained no managers were on site, whereas to my amusement I had already spoke to (Rob) manager and (julian) director who were both on site.I think for someone who is the initial voice of the company, when making initial contact I think you’ll hear all you need to know about this company. The sad thing is it won’t get much better once you get put through to the department you require, if at all.Apparently it is company policy not to answer genuine emergency calls as they receive too many sales calls. As per the advice given by the director (Julian).Overall, my only dealing with the company has been poor and probably the worst experience I have had in a long time.Therefore, 1 star (which is generous)….. in need of drastic improvement in areas such as customer, employee and service development.

My formal attire always comes back silky smooth , smells fresh and always is cleaned in swift fashion , is a stones throw from shoreham airport and restaurantedit- I came here this week a lot and have been greeted in the opening arms of a employee named Rob . He was simply wonderful and made me feel so welcome within the Gochers family , i really do feel i can express myself but also get wonderful fresh white sheets cleaned with blood sweat and tears (not literally ) and washed with the passion of cleaning .❤️

Nearly killed by one of their drivers who jumped the traffic lights at speed when the red had been against him for at least ten seconds. The delightful individual even had the temerity to give me the finger. What horrible people. Avoid them at all costs.

Called to offer our services and spoke to a rude lady who i can only assume was having a bad day. wouldn't talk to my dog as rude as she was.

All these 1 star reviews are baffling me and my team as when we have used Gochers Laundry they have been extremely professional and warm. I would never swap Laundry as i am ecstatic as how high quality there job is done!

Always an issue with the count. Chef jackets unusable because poppers have been ironed. Whoever answers the phone needs retraining or replacing. Embarrassment to company
