Pendragon Vets Ltd

We've recently registered our little 6 months old rescue and everyone has been incredibly kind, understanding and patient with her. She had a tough start in life and we're still getting over some tummy troubles but hopefully this will resolve itself soon. Thank you to the amazing hoomans at Pendragon Vets for looking after us ❤️

Experience was good. Staff are friendly, knowledge is excellent.

Absolutely amazing staff, they have all been so compassionate and genuine through the difficult time of us losing our dog. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Richard the vet was really lovely.

My Harvey injured his back the vet was lovely towards him! Didn't get her name, he's a very anxious dog and she handled him amazingly!!

Moved here to get away from the corporate machines that seem to manage most vets these days and subsequently have no genuine care as they're driven by targets and up-sell tactics. Not this vet who remain committed to animal welfare and not prising every last penny out of customers.

Took a kitten we found to get it checked up . Really bad experience lady on reception was lovely if everyone had been as friendly it could of been a lot more positive. Unfortunately I can't say same about the vets themselves . Made me and my daughter feel very unwelcome . Felt like they thought they were a lot better than us and were talking down to us and seemed like they were suspicious of us even though we are a well respected family and had already stated we would be happy to pay for any treatment even though it was a stray . The way the vets were even with the kitten felt very cold and uncaring. Looks like a nice building the vets we seen maybe just need some retraining on how to be with people and animals .

Great with Nyla, they are patient and have the best care for animals. Won't be nervous taking her here again.

When you have to take your hamster on holiday because she has suddenly become very old and you need to put her to sleep finding Pendragon vets was brilliant. Staff were warm, friendly and compassionate. Observed members of the public teated with kindness, humour and respect. Wish we lived closer to such an independent vets. Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous team, couldn't ask for better. They have been fabulous with our sick puppy and we're very compassionate when we lost our older dog
