SHOCKING SERVICE!If you want late deliveries, shortages, mistakes on delivered items, a customer service team that never call you back, a complaints team that ‘can’t do anything else’ a service pledge team that don’t do anything. Missing paperwork and credits you have to repeatedly chase. Management that are not accountable, and NEVER call you back. The call centre staff are mainly sympathetic, but ultimately cannot do anything other than log your complaint. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!!!Regret I have to leave one star, you are not worthy of that.

Applied online they gave me a start date 2hrs before start they told me not to come because of bank holiday as i was meant to start on sunday so then i tryed talking to the manager and they blocked my number also so disrespectful they are avoid this 100% avoid i do not recommend

Shocking customer service. Paper’s regularly turn up late and some missing. If you don’t report missing papers within two hours told it’s your problem not theirs. Yet expect you to spend upwards of 30 minutes on hold to do so, not possible with one staff member with customers in the shop.

Didn't even attempt delivery. Watched the van drive past, then tracking was updated as failed attempt. Absolutely appalling to be honest.

What can I say about Menzies my local shop at marton manor regularly get papers late quite often as late as 1oclock afternoon it’s getting behond a joke if they can’t handle the job get rid of it give some one else the job other shops on same route get the papers early as 6 o’clock in morning so y not this shop manager of Menzies seems he doesn’t know what to do I’m sat now waiting on papers getting dropped off at shop it’s a joke as Menzies are

No way to contact this deport. Head office didn’t even know how to contact them. Shocking service my parcel has been out for delivery three days in a row now and no one’s attempted to deliver it and no way to contact!
