Ahmed was great. My electric bill was way higher than normal and my rates had been increased mid-contract. After investigating Ahmed was able to return my rates to those stated in my contract which doesn’t end until 2025 - he took my up to date readings, cancelled the bill that had been issued and is sending out a new bill - hopefully lower than the previous one. Thank you Ahmed x

Summer Colley was asked to change the billing address and send a link to create a password. (the system didn't work when I went on line). She was also able to take a meter reading and was efficient with each thing I asked of her.let's hope that all of those actions work!

We've got some problem with our bill tried to call on different occasions but couldn't get any solution and today spoke to one of the colleague named M. Omar and his services were so good and helped out in resolving the issue and we mange to set up the plan. He was so good in his job with a nice positive attitude.

Mohamed OmarCustomer Service Advisor was most helpful and professional. As a professional property manager much of my day is taken up with speaking to utility suppliers etc and when you come across someone like Mohammed it is refreshing. Courteous, articulate and able to listen then implement. Well done Mo. AN ASSET TO YOUR FIRM.

Today’s customer service from Opus was absolutely amazing… I spoke with a guy called Ambia that went out of his way to get my concerns sorted out… he was charming, informative and extremely patient … everything you need while taking out a new contract… fantastic service .

I phoned Opus to pay some invoices for site works. Spoke to Kashann Moraine. She wasn't initially aware of the situation I was dealing with, but took ownership of my query instead of sending me around the houses or palming me off onto someone else, she was very patient and thorough in getting all needed info from me and her colleagues and ultimately resolved my query and processed my payments. After a difficult conversation with one member of staff from the Opus team where the phone was put down on me for lack of understanding of the problem, I then called back and spoke to another member of the Opus team who was able to see the whole issue, and help with working out how multiple accounts were created.The customer service that followed was outstanding.I value great customer service and where issues are present its how they get resolved is when you see fantastic customer service!Well done and thank you for sorting out my problem.

I had to talk to three different departments before I got the answers I needed. Sadly, the first man I spoke to who called himself ‘Simon’ asked me questions and when I said I had to look them up on my computer he told me he could only wait two minutes for me to do this. I told him I was just about to answer him but before I could do just that he said ‘goodbye’ and ended the call - incredible! Luckily Polly saved the day and sorted out what I needed know efficiently and quickly. Thank goodness for Polly.

I made an error filling in the online moving out form so I called Opus and spoke to Sam Flynn-Wyllie who told me not to worry and took all the relevant information from me to start the process. He made it very easy to move forward, understanding what needed to be done and all the options I had to settle the final bill which made for a really pleasant call.
