We have just had a new kitchen fitted from Ashford Kitchens. I would highly recommend this company as the kitchen is beautiful and the service was excellent. Any issue however small was dealt with quickly, without any argument. The designer gave us lots of ideas and the fitter went over and above and went out his way to accommodate our requirements. Also appreciated the gesture of flowers and presents that they bought to us personally when the kitchen was finished. Can’t say thank you enough!

After spending nearly £60000 on a kitchen , £35000 of which with ashford kitchen ..one kitchen door handle was fitted vertical instead of horizontal. In their design, it was vertical, which I could not fathom why..Anyway my wife signed it off thinking they know why Nd they're professionals..On fitting the fitter fitted it vertical, and even ask me why would you fit this vertical, you need a horizontal handle.. I agreed, . When going back to Ashford kitchens all they said you signed it off and that's the way it will be fitted..I said its a cost of a handle maybe £60 . They refused to budge ..It looks all wrong and puts strain on the door being pulled from one side. You'd think after spending so much money as part of customer service You'd swap out a more expensive handle for shorter oneThank you Guy, for your response. I hope we can solve the probem

We purchased a kitchen from Ashford kitchens earlier in the year. We looked at various companies and they were all similar quality, these kitchens really stood out though. The whole process was seamless and really pleasent with nothing to much trouble for the staff. Paul the fitter was great and we changed and tweaked things like lights as it was being fitted and they adapted to our requests as we went. We had a couple of issues with the finish on some of the door (not the shop or fitters fault) and it was all dealt with without fuss. One of the few places were you actually get what you pay for. We're really pleased with the finished kitchen and can't recommend the shop or staff enough.

Ashford Kitchens is a gem and we are delighted we found them. From the first time we walked into the showroom in Ashford to the customer service after installation, we have always received a prompt and polite service. Scott was extremely patient with us and all the changes and tweeks we made to his design. Paul who did the installation was superb and is incredibly skilled. We are thrilled with our kitchen and are still beaming every time we walk in to the room ... is this really OUR kitchen? Thank you so much to the team - you have all been brilliant.

Where do I start. The design of my kitchen turned out the way I imagined. My dream kitchen came true.The whole project with Ashford kitchens had its ups and downs, but everything from little hick ups to major were sorted. Ashford kitchens were outstanding!!! Everyone of the team knew what was happening and resolved all the issues. They were friendly, helpful and a delight to work with.I highly recommend them. Amazing service and installation of our new kitchen. We dealt with most of the staff from our initial enquiry at their Ashford showroom to the survey and installation. Found them all to be very friendly and polite. Any query was answered quickly and the WhatsApp group set up for our project was a great easy way to communicate. Would fully recommend them. Thank you
