Enquired if I might renew a temporary card whilst waiting for a permanent broadband installation at my home. There was no interest from the salesman concerned who only seemed interested in selling permanent contracts. Took my £16 elsewhere where customers' interests were considered important.

Excellent service and support. Whilst I was there, minding my own business, an elderly gentleman came in, distraught because of some issues with his FB account, the staff was absolutely amazing, sorted out his problem, reassured him that they are happy to help where they can. I guess FB issues is not really an O2 problem, however it was something the staff can clear out for him and they did. How wonderful to witness such a lovely gesture. Well done. They helped me out too, with my contract tangle too.

This isnt a review about the shop, the staff have been fantastic offering advice and giving me different numbers to call. I've been the victim of fraud with O2 and they really couldn't care less. We're about 9weeks in and I've had numerous empty promises of call backs.. If a non customer is treated like this ,I'd hate to be an actual customer of there's...

Phone battery finally gave out. Have been happy with o2, so back to Westwood Cross. Staff were very helpful, and took the time to find out what the phone was going to be mainly used for, also ensuring that the the cost was within my budget. Features and ease of use explained, and frequently asked if I understood correctly. Clicked the screen, and purchased a new one. A few minutes later data transferred and off home smiling. Absolutely wonderful sevice, and judging by the number of people in the store also purchasing, not the only one to leave happy.

Waited a long time to get served we went for a coffee they were going to call when they were available never called. Went back was served by a person who was not sure what she was doing kept asking advice. Was in there nearly 2 hours to purchase a phone we knew we wanted

Popped into upgrade, wanted to see the flip 5...wasn't allowed to hold it as I might be a thief...offered to let them have my s23 so I don't run off...dope...explained that key features are the outer screen and without taking it out of the demo holder the screen doesn't work and so can't test the actual device...yeah sorry can't to that....honestly o2. 15 years and it's time to move on...never get hold of them on the phone, never reply to o2 app messages....shocking
