Favourite orders at Costa (regardless of branch) seldom disappoint.My personal Favourite is their carrot cake with a flat white... but just the other day, I tried this twisted choc, cinnamon, custard pastry with a new C'mas flavour 'Sticky Toffee Latte'... was interesting and nice for a change, but my usual is stiol my Favourite.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Seating is spaced out nicely. Drinks and food are good. Hygiene is maintained. However, I do feel some of the staff rush" themselves into getting orders out and end up forgetting things. I've had to go back a few times to get things changed. I really hate doing it

Need more staff on tills. Tables were not clean. Overpriced food. Not great. Only thing nice was the maple hot chocolate

I used to love coming here and always had a pleasant experience but recently it’s filthy, toilets are dirty, tables are always cleared but dirty and customer service is definitely slacking with a couple of employees!! I could always overlook a certain employee as the rest had always been accommodating and made my experiences here pleasant. However, this employee walks around with a clear attitude problem and it is clear to see that she does not want to be there!! She is rude and can see her avoiding customers on a daily basis, her coffee skills used to be hit or Miss but now they are just a miss. I don’t order my coffee when she is on the machine as I don’t want to pay the prices for the way that she makes them as they are disgusting, and resort to ordering tea as a safe option. I understand that she is young and I have see her interact with some male staff and customers that she clearly likes and always be smiley and pleasant, but this is so unprofessional to pick and chose and maybe management should look at the staff and ensure that staff are treating customers appropriately as it is a customer service job! I know there seems to be new staff at the moment who have all been lovely, so I’m assuming there’s training going on with them in the background, which may be beneficial to train this girl up again on her coffee and customer service!!

Stay away, the place is so dirty! Young ones working, all friendly but the place is extremely dirty. Was quiet but lots of tables still with dirty dishes on them. With regards outside dining stay away. All tables extremely dirty and again loaded with dirty dishes. Not be back.

Worst Costa I've ever been in. Where do I start? Some of the staff are friendly and do their best but there are a few inexperienced people who clearly don't really know how to run and organise a cafe/restaurant. The drinks are hit or miss.. Sometimes OK but often terrible.. The tables are rarely cleaned and there will always be several that have trays and cups on them. On one particular day 12 tables out of 15 or so had rubbish on them.. It was incredible.. I could go on but don't have the time.. If I was the manager of this place I'd be embarrassed.. Worst Costa I've ever visited( and I've been in many.. In UK, Ireland and abroad..)

Lovely atmosphere, restful moment to myself. Its weird though. You can't pay with Costa gift cards, you can only buy them.

This is a great Costa. Excellent service. Plenty of seating, and a relaxed atmosphere.
