Fantastic service. I was in a lot of pain for months and without a dentist. The offered me an emergency NHS appt and Dr Andrew Burgess was fantastic. The examined my jaws carefully, quickly noticed what the problem was and fixed it. Within 30 minutes I was pain free and could enjoy my day without any pain whatsoever. The whole team was friendly and helpful and kind. Cannot thank them enough.

Saw Rebecca first and brilliant as usual, then went up to Lucinda for my hygiene appointment. She was ably assisted by Neeve today. Always enjoy going to see Lucinda even though I'm always sore and numb. Highly recommended.

Really lovely and down to earth staff . Mr burgess my daughter's dentist has been brilliant with my daughter who has autism among other things . He has explained at the begining of every appointment what is going to be done and how it will be done to my daughter . Which has helped her to understand and be much calmer during the treatment . We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Just joined Bupa Dental Care Bishop Auckland first impression was the receptionist were very helpful to say the least. Our appointment was with Andy who is very knowledgeable in his line of work . All aspects of the job was explained clearly for what work was required. Also would like to thank Gill the nurse who made us feel at ease nothing was a problem . Great team well done.
