Disaster paid 75 for wildest cat so wicked. It bit me and when I rang them they were in no rush to take it bk. It stays out now after being told it was good natured n well trained. Was told others couldn't be reserved yet they were happy to so called save this for me. Do not recommend

Worst experience of my life will never be back,£75 to RESCUE a cat that was under the donation section on the form which now im assuming we didnt even have to pay that much since it is on their system as a donation not an adoption fee. Other animal sanctuaries are max £30 or free seeing as they want the animals to go to a forever home. Staff aren't helpful and from what i can see only treat people they know (regulars) with the best customer service but any new customers dont get the time of day. I was down last week and they didnt want to do 15 mins of paperwork an hour and a half before closing so ended up having to leave the poor cat with these people for another week. Also would not stop trying to force their overly priced products down my throat.

Brought my nervous doberman here forcastration after a recommendation from a dog trainer. Lorna was amazing she came out to the car to see him and gave him his injection in the car. As he started to get drowsy we walked him in. I was able to sit with him until he was asleep 2 hours later he was back in the car. They were all so helpful and caring with him stitches healed up well and no need for the cone fantastic recovery. I would highly recommend Lorna and the team receptionist were so helpful with the emails after operation And his fear aggressive behaviour has all but gone so thankful for everything they done for us.

I picked up the beautiful 6 month Collie Cross Darcy who deserved to be in her first home & she is getting on so well & settling in & getting on with my other dog lab Harry. Both ended up beside each other already on the sofa after about 4 hours & now sleeping in the same bedroom as me in their own wee beds. Thanks to the staff when i came to see her & bringing Harry aswell, very helpful & given me good advice.

The male receptionist was so rude and concondescending on the phone when I rang about concerns regarding an injured bird.My local vet was able to help the bird.

A very big Thankyou to Phil from USPCA Newry for coming out today to Brantry Lough . A young signet had been caught in fishing line and was in a very distressed way. Thankfully Phil was able to enter the water and release it. Thanks again Phil for your prompt action. See photo of the happy rescued signet on the right of the photograph.

Amazing the woman helped me the best she could and told me everything when I take my pup there

I just brought my puppy down for her second injections, she’s a very nervous pup of males due to where she was born and spent her first 3 months of life. This vet wouldn’t listen when I told him she was nervous and she got a bit snippy. So he demanded to muzzle her. MUZZLE a 6 month old pup, because she’s extremely nervous. So I kept saying no because at this stage im an emotional wreck. He brought her into the back to give her the jab and probably muzzle her. He came back in and her tail was between her legs and she was shaking more. He told me then the reason she peed all over the table because she wasn’t trained. No she peed because she was nervous. And then proceeded to tell me she was as nervous because I baby her.. I will not be returning due to this not being my first bad experience with these.

Lovely staff. Took my dog early for grooming. He was very calm and happy. Came ot looking great. Would be better still if more availability of service. ThNks

Unable to have my dog treated as no vets are available this week.
