Couldn't contact them by phone, email or text regarding billing.Expensive and not always effective treatment especially for weeds.Left 9 bags of heavy moss/grass. I had to gradually take this to recycling centre or lift into green bin. At 75 with a heart condition I didn't appreciate this especially as clarifying and reseeding cost £384.

Despite several phone calls the initial spring treatment booking has never materialised. Very poor customer service, not recommended.
