Future Carping LTD

First class service. Needed the item for a fishing trip planned and received a call to let me know they'd sent the order for next day delivery in time for my planned session. Will be using Future Carping in future and recommend to all! A very personal service.

What a great company to deal with. I can't praise Steve enough for his correspondence, help, support and general advice. I have now upgraded to another Future Carping Boat, Steve phoned me on the bank to help me set up the new system, nothing was to much hassle.Have I had issues yes....all down to me, setting home point in bivvy wasn't a smart move.....but phoned for advice and we had a good laugh.Would I buy again 100%

Sad owner of one Intrepid bait boat. I've had several staff at Angling Direct comment on how poor at communicating FC is with many customers still waiting for resolutions to problems with their boats - one even said they are refusing to pay FC until their problems are sorted. Had my boat returned to me on Friday 08/09 only to find it has the very same problem as before. Will be requesting a full refund now and will avoid Future Carping as their after care and support of their products is so bad, invest you money elsewhere avoid FUTURE CARPING products as they cant support them.

Got a bait boat from AD never worked right from day one sent it back twice to future carping. Right hand motor not working 1st time 2nd time going round circles. No reply to email on Facebook YouTube Instagram. Only 6 months old they had it for 2 of them.

Bought a boat from Future Carping looking at previous reviews last year. After the 2nd use, the hook release didn't work, the boat case was cracking, the gps/fish finder didn't function as it should, not what I had expected for £1200. Reported the issues to Future Carping and was told they would collect my boat to get sorted. This took months of chasing for them to finally pick up my boat. Once they had it I left it a while and again had to chase up the progress to be told its all sorted and working fine and for the issues would get a free battery set. Now I cant seem to get my boat back. Any response from Future Carping is extremely slow, customer service is just non existent. I never write negative reviews but feel an honest review for my experience is deserved. I'm not sure when or if I will actually get my boat back but will update here once I do.

Brought a boat in the October of 2021 and it worked well on my first trip, I hardly use a boat in the UK but I like to take one to Europe, I frequently test the batteries to make sure they are okay and charge them up and run them down etc. just before my recent french trip I was testing the controller and all the buttons broke as the plastic in the controller had snapped, it’s a cheaply made handset anyway. I tried to get them to repair it but they just stopped replying in the end and fixed it myself with a friend. Upon arriving to France the GPS might as well not a feature on the boat as you basically have to drive it to a saved spot for it to find it and if you send it home it might as well drive to Dover for you instead of the spot you selected as ‘Home’.

My v60 also never worked properly, 1.6k and just gathering dust ever since

Very poor aftercare service had the boat over 2 years and finally got it in after a year and was a sonar fault and still to this day they haven’t sorted it
