They campaigned against AV. Also because they insist on using pluality voting for everything their own system for running internal elections are also a joke, the continued to charge me after I'd tried to leave them.

I have Decided to leave the GMB as they have taken the decision to try to overturn the largest democratic vote in history by trying to force a so called 2nd referendum (aka peoples vote, vote on the deal). An absolute disgrace. Obviously they think 17.4m people were to stupid the first time. The customer service provided was OK during my membership although i didn't use the service to much extent, whilst trying to cancel my membership i found this very difficult this is not publicised on their website.

Very willing to take your money, but fail to provide any services or help. Union reps never available and definitely never willing to challenge management or god forbid" try to stand up for members legal rights. A union happy to sell out its member's to keep management happy!"
