Staff always helpful, sometimes need to ask for help but never a problem. Always polite and friendly.

It's okay, very busy on weekends. Shame though with so many workers stood around watching people, that they couldn't find time to pick up any stray rubbish blown into the bushes all down the side of the exit.

Took a few bags of green waste today, and got there with a minute to spare...So lucky.Guy there was we are shutting in 1minute and I said il be quick.No offer of help , which is something I did for the general public when I worked at the recycling centre, they were more interesting in getting home, had they had offered to help it would have been done quicker and they just watched ... terrible service , I was better, and I enjoyed helping people, these guys were miserable. Poor service and shocking choice of people to employ for a job like this. Hope the management take some initiative.

The staff work very hard, mostly directing traffic as it can get very busy.There can be a big queue at weekends, especially when the sun is shining.

Fairly quiet when visiting late morning and early afternoon on Tuesday to Thursday outside of school holidays, didn't have to queue! Bins clearly labelled but you might need 2 pairs of hands if you have heavy items. Staff present and provide guidance on items if required.

I took my family here on holiday and we all had a wonderful time. You can't beat the smell of fresh bin juice on a nice sunny day.
