Wonderful experience with Jackson Stops in selling our house. From the start, they were the only agents who really understood our house and how it could be marketed, rather than just coming in with ‘computer says X amount’ presentations.Everything they did was done excellently. The photos were professional and showed off the house beautifully (which is more than can be said for other estate agents), they were always communicative and available, and they didn’t rest on their laurels once the offer had been accepted but followed it up throughout to ensure we got to completion.Special mention goes to Annie, who was absolutely superb in showing people around our house. It’s a real art to present a house well, to be charming and informative without being pushy, to allow space for reflection whilst still highlighting all the positive aspects, and to do so while being warm and friendly. If there were a trade prize for such a skill, she would surely win it.The only possible weakness is that they originally quote far more for the house than we got - but we were selling in a really dead market, so our reflection is that we’re privileged to have got a sale, and though we were initially a little disappointed, all the other houses were being reduced accordingly so it didn’t affect our onward move.All in all, we were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Jackson Stops, who met and exceeded expectations and were hardworking and professional throughout and ensured smooth sailing from valuation to completion. In this rather rocky time for selling houses, Jackson Stops were on the ball. They advertised on all the relevant formats, kept in touch regularly, and gave good advice. As soon as one sale fell through they were straight back on it to get it readvertised and viewings started agin. We had a successful outcome.

In what turned out to be a difficult sale process Jackson-Stops were a beacon of efficiency and professionalism. They were always contactable and provided information and advice at all times. When other parties were slow to respond the sales team stepped in to help move the process along. They even secured an offer above the original sale price.
