Unfortunately it is hit or miss whether you have a good experience. I've been really impressed in the past, but I won't return now. Earlier in the year I got my toe nails done for my holiday, which were lovely. When I got back I went to have the gel removed. The girl who removed them filed the surface of my nails too much. There are huge patches that are clearly thinner, filed by the electric drill file. It has been 4 months and they still look awful. I will be searching for somewhere that doesn't use drills to remove gel in the future.

Today was my second visit. I absolutely love the experience you get here. The pedicures are amazing., hot stones ans warm towels. They are the first salon that have tackled a nail that refused to grow. Thank you Tony Chloe and all the ladies.

Initially I was very happy when they first opened, but it really does depend which nail technician you have. Prices change every time for the same treatment, strange.Contradictory- At first told me biab would be good for my nails and then changed to sns which ruined them.They said they soak off every other time but on my 3rd visit, refused to soak them off and give me a gel polish, which is what I wanted. Then nails looked really thick with sns and the french tips were all different, didn't look like a professional job.Second time this nail technician did a bad job.Soaked them off myself with some professional product bought online.My nails look worse now than before when they were natural.Very weak and flakey, painful too.My friend tells me Chloe is the best one.

Such a lovely nail salon ... The staff are so lovely and friendly. First nail salon Ive been in where they talk to you and you can have a laugh ... I love my nails and pedicures every timewould highly recommend them

Amazing place, ive been coming here for a few months now. The staff are so lovely, their attention to detail is what does it for me, no request is out if reach, even when they have a shop full of people waiting there's no rushing. Honestly been so pleased with each set of nails ive had done and they stand up to everyday mum life !!

Extremely welcoming friendly salon. I regularly have my nails, pedicures and waxing done here and I am always completely satisfied. I highly recommend that you visit …. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely shocking, worst place I have ever been. You are rushed from the minute you sit down and then after 4days your nails you’ve paid £35 for have chipped and broken!! Never AGAIN! Note: this photo is taken 7days after as you can see by growth because I am too fuming to not leave a review!!!!!!!

My third time going here and as usual the ladies were all so friendly and listened to what me and my friend wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, we had a laugh and both came out with gorgeous nails! Really good price for the level of service received. I have a lot of nail shops closer to home, well worth the drive to this place though!

Really disappointing. Initial gel nails were fine although not the same size on each hand. I am not a nail person so went back to have them removed as they grew out. A week later all my nails have split across, some really close and are painful. I was not warned of this either when the nails went on or when they came off. I visited to ask for them to be tidied up as I am not at all happy. Met with a litany of excuses and told I would have to pay….not a lot but my nails weren’t like this until my experience at this shop. Appalling customer service

Honestly 10/10 service - everybody is friendly, extremely helpful and they stick to appointment times which is rare. Jasmine is absolutely amazing and so happy I’ve found her to do my nails going forwards.
