After finding a new home and selling ours, we had the nightmare of the sellers pulling out at the 11th hour leaving us (and the rest of the chain) high and dry. Excellent service for the conveyancing on my mums house. From start to finish it was professional, timely and we were kept informed throughout the process. Important original documents were returned immediately. I can't praise Lynn Green and her team enough.

Do they actually know what they are doing?? I think not. Services are average but if you have a complaint they have no idea how to deal with the situation. Save your money and time and use a company who actually understands customer service and how to resolve issues! Not ones who only see the pound signs!
