Tesco Pharmacy

Lateef Afolabi is a rude, clueless, totally inept and unprofessional pharmacist. He is a danger to the public, Tesco need to remove this individual immediately!

Shockingly low level of knowledge as for pharmacists . They do not deserve even one star.Avoid this pharmacy .

I have nothing but praise for the staff in Tesco pharmacy Branksome. They endeavoured to get my medication which was out of stock at many local pharmacies and kept me informed by phone daily. Excellent service.

I went in a few weeks ago on my way through to Poole from Christchurch to buy some pain relief for a broken tooth. The pharmacist proceeds to basically tell me off telling me he told me last week to get it sorted when I haven't set foot in that Tesco for years! I tried to tell him as much and got smiles and ok absolutely dripping with an I don't believe you attitude. I don't know who he confused me for but I left feeling like I'd done something wrong!

It's ok but the pharmacist there is short tempered with customers and the staff in the pharmacy. They used to have a very helpful Spanish chap called William, now it's a Chinese pharmacist with a short fuse. I changed my usual pharmacy away from Tesco to a different pharmacy.

Pharmacist was unbelievably rude, inept and unhelpful. Spoke very quietly from behind a dirty looking plastic screen. Seemed totally bemused by a straightforward script for metronidazole which he proceeded to tell me wasn't available. Offered no indication of whether/when he could get it and, when I asked about other local 'out of hours' pharmacies to try, directed me to Tower Park Tesco which is not readily accessible by public transport and I was feeling extremely unwell. Neither was he able to tell me whether they had it in stock. I then googled and walked just half a mile to Poole Bay pharmacy where the service was excellent.

Rude female lady just spoke to me like a naughty child. I see I'm not the only one.
