Fantastic! Blerim did an amazing job of fitting my new boiler. My old boiler would only heat up the top floor but was stone cold downstairs, it was also making loud humming noises and quite violent vibrations when in operation. The new boiler runs much better and is very quiet. He also replaced the vertical flue and found that the old flue wasn't installed correctly which may have caused the problems in the old boiler.

I used BS plumbing to install my new Combi boiler. Blerim is very professional and helpful for the new boiler installation. His price was better than others. His communication and response to my questions during the work period was excellent. He arranged 12 years boiler warranty for me. He completed the work within a week from my first call. I'm very satisfied with the service. I had been panicked with a massive leak at the bottom of my walls next to my shower room, and they quickly identified the issue with my shower top, replaced it perfectly, and gave useful tips throughout the job to make the structure more efficient in the long term. BS Plumbing recently refurbished my family bathroom and we are very pleased with the results. Blerim and his colleague worked in a focused and efficient manner every day, always keeping me informed. They arrived on time every morning and cleared up after themselves at the end of the day.We had our bathroom suite replaced, full tiling on all walls and a new floor. They also repaired issues with floorboards and rotten wall slats, and installed a new radiator. They arranged an electrician to install an extractor fan and a plasterer to skim the ceiling. They fitted a cabinet, blind and shower rail for us too. Everything happened on schedule and they finished after 8 working days. The result looks fantastic and works perfectly.I would definitely recommend BS Plumbing and will use them again for my future plumbing needs.

Blerim came out as soon as possible and fitted a new lpg boiler for us he was extremely helpful and advised the whole time the process and any issues that were there he corrected I can’t recommend him and his team enough left everything clean tidy and after a bad experience with a previous engineer he made us feel safe and did all the checks and insured everything was fit for purpose before leaving and leaving everything tidy and clean even when it was raining outside wouldn’t go anywhere else now!!! Contacted this firm as my brother had advised me to get a second quote for the house insurance in case the initial quote I had from the emergency plumber wasn’t sufficient - and boy was I glad I did! I’d been told the wood floor needed replacing, but it didn’t. The cost was much lower and the work was carried out very well. Would definitely use this firm again.

BS Plumbing first replaced our boiler system - quick and efficient. They then came back to do a big bathroom renovation for us. It involved moving a wall, rearranging and installing new fixtures, tiling, laying the waterproof laminate flooring, replacing a cast iron waste pipe, and setting up a new laundry room. It’s beautiful! They were clear about the budget and timeline, tidy and efficient, and lovely to work with from start to finish.
