I visited this beautiful boutique after numerous attempts to find my perfect dress in other stores.As a plus size bride it had been very disheartening to have to try and squeeze into smaller dresses and imagine what the dress would look like in my size. Then, I found Sandra!I had the best experience, I was blown away by the choice actually in my size but also the visions and other ideas Sandra had to make me feel and look incredible on my big day.At no point did I feel rushed or pushed into buying a dress, I had all of Sandra’s expertise at my disposal.I can honestly say Sandra at Lily’s bridal boutique is one in a million ❤️❤️❤️

Can’t fault the service or the care Sandra and her team provided for us . From start to finish she bent over backwards to make sure that the experience was all a bride should expect and more . Would thoroughly recommend going to this gem of a shop if looking to get a brilliant service - the attention to detail is second to none .

I had the most amazing dress journey from start to finish with Sandra! Honestly the most incredible service any bride could ever wish for. Nothing was ever too much trouble - even down to the last minute alterations a week before the wedding. The boutique has such a range of dress styles - there’s absolutely something for everyone! I can’t recommend Lily’s Bridal enough. Massive thank you to Sandra and all the lovely lady’s and seamstresses. My dress was perfect for my big day!

I could not have asked for more of this amazing business. The smallest of details I would not even think of were there. Not only did I get my dress altered within the shop which not a lot of bridal shops do. But I was taught how to walk in my dress in the right way to my isle song; how to turn, how to sit, which sounds ridiculous but when you’ve got a wedding dress on your so worried about tripping on it or it not sitting right for photos after moving, they just went away. Small detail of how the dancing ribbon was threaded into my dress so you wouldn’t see the under part. All little things but are so thoughtful. Nothing was too much of an ask for Sandra and she goes above and beyond to ensure you have your perfect dress. Her seamstress is an Angel and unbelievable at her job! I couldn’t be more grateful for the ladies at Lily’s Bridal Boutique. Any melt down, worry or even a rant, they were there all the way. Dressing me on my wedding day! Just before walking down the aisle a fly managed to get stuck in the layers of my dress. Sandra was there to get it out and perfect the dress before I walked down. Couldn’t imagine my wedding journey without this shop. Thank you so much again, truly appreciate you more than you’ll know x

Had my appointment at the beginning of July after visiting a large chain. You could just feel the different in quality in not only the dresses, but atmosphere. Sandra is the loveliest person and made me feel so comfortable. SO happy I could say yes to my dress in a independent store. I cannot wait to retry my dress on after my hair and make trial next week

Sandra is amazing not only is she very friendly and welcoming but her knowledge is amazing. She knows styles to suggest and listens to what you want. The dresses are simply stunning with so many styles to choose from. Without Sandra’s knowledge I’m not sure my daughter would have looked so amazing for her prom. Hi just wanted to let ppl know wat a great service I received on the 9th sept. My experience was outstanding & could not fault the service from the owner. Dresses were outstanding & were above my expectations. My children were made to feel welcome & sorry if they left a mess downstairs which u kindly said u would deal wiv even though u was very busy.The upstairs of the boutique was classy & contempt and felt at ease when trying the dresses on. Thank u will b back to purchase my dress xx
