Dishonest!After trying a guitar out for my son in the shop, I checked prices online for comparison and sneaked back when he wasn't around to buy it. It was £20 more than average prices but I decided to support the only physical music shop.Asked if I needed a guitar bag and I said yes (surprised as I expected it to be included) - charge £30.00.His colleague brought it out after I'd paid and said the soft case was included.From behind the till the other guy gasped as he realised his colleague had revealed him charging for something already included.Disappointing behaviour!Nic

Bought a record for £80 only after finding out it’s £40 cheaper. Furthermore, the records ending up touching the case making it slow down the playing and ruin the songs I was trying to play.Went back for a refund and told me they don’t do cash refunds and have to wait for their “guy” to check it out and he wouldn’t be in till the next day, what a load of waffle.Lastly, he said that I must of bought the record off the other guy on the other day when I knew for a fact it was him, the guy at the front of the desk, the guy I bought it off, straight up lying to my face. Professional scammers

Rocked up after 5 with urgent needs for a pa, got everything we needed with expert advice and a smile. Would recommend heartily.

Expensive and slow. Quoted me £25 to restring a guitar and said it would be ready the next day - I agreed because I wanted it done quickly. Ended up only getting done on the third day, and even then I feel that happened because I phoned each day to check on their progress.

Great store. Came in a rush on a quiet Sunday afternoon needing a few bits of gear I'd left in London, they sorted me out with a smile and gave me a great deal. Couldn't recommend more!! Left with a smile on my face and a new XLR/pop shield. Also bonus points for being the only music store open on a Sunday.

Great range of instruments and materials. Nice little record shop and bar upstairs!
