I bought a lifetime watch battery guarantee from the Brentwood branch, so it is nice to know that if you have a photograph of the guarantee card on your phone you can take it into any branch of Timpsons and they will change the battery for you no problem.Service in this branch was friendly and prompt and he was even able to replace one of the hour markers on the face that had come astray with no extra charge. So thanks very much!Also note that this branch of Timpsons is not actually in the Sainsbury's but outside on the street to the right of the main door. So don't walk around inside. Looking for it for 20 minutes like I did!

I have been a customer since opening and regularly use the dry cleaning services (amongst others) and have always been pretty happy with the service quality. I went in on Monday 20th November to do the regular bed sheets laundry to which I was greeted by one of the rudest staff members called Nick who tried to charge me £60 for a bed sheet and duvet cover laundry service !! I politely told him that there must be a mistake and to perhaps call the manager as I’m a regular and the prices must be wrong, yet he was only interested in computer says no answers and directed me to the price book!! Honestly, the most shocking , brainless employee that should really not be in customer facing jobs in any way. That is a sure fire way of losing a loyal customer of Timpson, I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I have found a great laundry service on Wandsworth bridge Road as a consequence of this experience (Fulham valeting) so consider this customer absolutely lost and hope you guys sort this out and reprimand such shoddy customer service - pathetic

Great service in store. I stopped by here as I have a lifetime cover for one of my watches and I wanted the battery changed. Luckily the back of the watch could be opened and the battery changed so it was all done while I waited. Great friendly service and the staff mentioned about the benefits of the lifetime cover so will be bringing my other watch here.There are plenty of other services available here and better to ring to find out if free as some can be done while you wait.

The gentleman working on Saturday was so friendly and helpful :) I needed an extra while in my belt and he saved the day.

Lady that works there is super nice & professional but man that works there is extremely rude and more interested in staring in his computer then give a good & polite service.
